'Knock Knock', the fourth episode of Series 10, will include a 3D surround sound audio track, it has been revealed.

Following its first broadcast on BBC One, a "special binaural audio edition" will be available to BBC iPlayer viewers.

"A 3D surround sound effect for anyone wearing headphones," will be created, which will "place them at the heart of the action in this nail-biting episode."

The rather spooky episode, written by Mike Bartlett (best known for 'Doctor Foster'), will feature 'Agatha Christie's Poirot' star David Suchet as the Landlord.

The official story synopsis reads: “Bill is moving in with some friends and they’ve found the perfect house – so what if it’s strangely cheap to rent, and the landlord is a little creepy?

“The wind blows, the floorboards creak, and the Doctor thinks something is very wrong. What lurks in the strange tower at the heart of the building – and why can’t they find any way to enter it?”

'Knock Knock' will air on Saturday, 6th May, and Series 10 continues this Saturday (22nd April) at 7:20pm on BBC One, with 'Smile'.
