David Tennant has been voted the best Doctor of all time in a recent poll by the Radio Times.
Almost 50,000 votes were cast in the poll, with the Tenth Doctor emerging as the fan favourite, narrowly beating current Doctor Jodie Whittaker.
“Over a decade after he left the TARDIS behind and after nearly 50,00 votes were cast, it’s clear that David Tennant is still Doctor Who fans’ perfect 10!” says Radio Times Sci-Fi and Fantasy Editor, Huw Fullerton.
“But with Jodie Whittaker hot on his heels and a great showing for other recent Doctors like Peter Capaldi, it looks like fans also now hold other Time Lords close to their heart(s).”
Peter Capaldi and Matt Smith followed in third and fourth places, with Tom Baker a clear winner for the classic era, placing fifth overall.
